Tam-tam du bien-être© is a product of Percussimo. It is inspired from the theoretical foundations of human resources management and aims at influencing its practice in North America. Thanks to the « magic » of African hand drums and to Percussimo’s talents, this workshop helps organizations improve their employees’ well-being and the performance of their work teams. It is given in French, English, or both languages.

Three main advantages of this workshop

1. On the individual level, thanks to simple but efficient games and techniques, the employees relieve their stress, improve their communication skills and increase their motivation. Resources needed for the activity

Tam-tam du bien-être© is a turnkey or tailor-made workshop. Few resources are necessary for it to take place. The client should only ensure that his employees are properly prepared, are present and willing to participate. The organization may decide on the location where the activity takes place. Percussimo’s logistics team will provide the hand drums and other accessories.

Percussimo is a training company accredited by Emploi Québec under the Law promoting the development and recognition of labour skills.
